Uttar Pradesh Government bring back students from Kota in Rajasthan

In Uttar Pradesh, around 300 buses conveying many students stranded in Kota returned on Saturday in the midst of across the nation lockdown.

Stranded understudies from Kota being halted in their excursion towards their local spots for a wellbeing exam at Raksa during an across the country lockdown in the wake of coronavirus pandemic, in Jhansi, Saturday, April 18, 2020. About 3,000 understudies stranded in Kota because of the progressing lockdown left for their home in 100 buses sent by the UP government.

 

State government had sent 200 transports from Agra and another 100 from Jhansi on Friday to Kota where a great many understudies from the nation over planning for serious tests have been stranded by the COVID-19 lockdown.

All the students who have come back to the state will be screened and kept in isolation before they are sent to the places where they grew up. 

Students who were in Kota for the studies of Engineering and Medical entrance examinations were requesting to the state government to bring them back as their lodgings were being closed and it was getting hard to get food there. 

State government had arranged transportation alongside police to bring them back.
